  • Summer Shipping Update

    Due to the extreme heat being experienced across the country we’re turning off shipping for all chocolates. We are currently unable to ensure our treats arrive at the standard of quality we expect, even with ice packing. Sidwell’s hot fudge and apparel continue to be available online. We’ll restore shipping option for all products this fall when mother nature cooperates more (or when we find a better shipping solution). Thank you for your understanding.

  • Shipping

    Shipping is completed with whichever carrier is fastest and most affordable between USPS and UPS.

    We recommend "Summer Shipping" add on during warm weather (above 70) to ensure chocolate arrives in the most desired condition...not a melted, yet delicious, puddle of goodness.

    We use our best judgment for delaying shipping a day or two based on forecasted weather and our location and the destination.

  • Return policy

    In general our products are not refundable.

    If something is shipped and arrives damaged (not due to heat) we will do our best to work with you to rectify the error.

    If your chocolate arrives melted and you elected not to use summer shipping we will not do refunds.

    In store refunds are generally not accepted due to the nature of our product. If you find something unsatisfactory reach out to us and we'll see how we may be able to help make it right.
